Add flags table to store when one-off operations have been performed. Change update history.tbl with action SNATCHED_PROPER on existing items. Change save proper snatches as action SNATCHED_PROPER + quality into history.tbl Add optional regex lib with fuzzy (errors ~20% of alpanum chars) for extra_info_no_name.
