Change Plex Media Server settings section for multi server(s) and improve the layout in the config/notifications page. Add logic to Plex notifier to update a single server where its TV section path matches the downloaded show. All server libraries are updated if no single server has a download path match. Change the ui notifications to show the Plex Media Server(s) actioned for library updating. Fix issue where PMS text wasn't initialised on the config/notifications page and added info about Plex clients.
